Shipping Rates
For Athleisurewear Collections, we currently offer standard shipping only. Shipping is Free.**
For Boutique Collections, we currently offer standard shipping only.
The shipping fee for a total purchase cost up to $100 is $15-$20 and $Zero for purchase totals over $101 and over.
If purchasing from both Athleisurewear and Boutique Collections—shipping fees
If you are purchasing from both Athleisurewear and Boutique Collections, you will pay the shipping fee only for the Boutique Collection if the total purchase cost $100 or under.

Athleisurewear Collection
Order processing involves two main steps: fulfillment and shipping. The average fulfillment time is 3–5 business days. After fulfillment is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on destination:

Boutique Collection

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

If you notice an issue with a product, please submit your issue with supporting photos promptly to support@ArtDivaArt.com for review.
ArtDivaArt does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Size Returns
Each product is made on demand and so we do not accept returns for size exchanges. Please study the size charts and guidelines that are available in each product description before you make your purchase.
Misprinted/damaged/defective items
Any issues for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the product has been received. Photo proofs will be required.
UPON APPROVAL for a return
Shipping costs will be paid by customer. Upon approval for a return: Returns go to Art Diva Art, 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019. (Please do not use this address for any other correspondence.) Please contact us BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT for approval, policy and return procecures. ns
Lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, all notifications must be submitted to support@ArtDivaArt.com no later than 10 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
Refunds / Store Credit
We do not provide refunds unless submitted and approved for an accepted reason. Products that are returned without prior approval will not be honored for a refund or store credit.

Where does my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide for our athleisurewear collection, however most orders ship from US or Mexico. For our Boutique collection, your products are shipped directly from Montreal, Canada.
